Vitamin C is an incredible boost the immune system to fight colds, flu, and although adrenal fatigue – but are you having the right kind?

We are in a constant state of learning it?
I think I learned more in my years after they enter school and college I have done in formal education. It is always good to be learning, reading, and growing.
Especially in regard to optimal health, it is very important to be aware of things. I’ve recently started work with a nutritional therapist for some adrenal problems I’ve had since my last baby, and had a very good conversation about vitamin C.
My NTP opened my eyes to not only the importance of using the proper source of vitamin C, but also the way we handle vitamin C makes a difference.
Because, listen, I do not mind doing what is complete – I understand. I understand that our soils (and therefore our food supply) is a serious vitamin deficiency. But I do not want to supplement with something that is as poor as our food supply, because it is not from the right, or handled correctly so the vitamin is destroyed.
Nobody wants to lose their money, and is not doing anybody’s health any good to be taking a supplement that you think you are doing something good, when in fact it is not.
So here’s the deal. Vitamin C is pretty amazing!
An immune system and equipped with proper handling of vitamin C can do amazing things with colds, flu and other intruders immune system and adrenal fatigue.
Unfortunately vitamin C in many supplements on the market today are of origin with ascorbic acid instead of whole food. Using a whole food source is obviously always a better route, and in this particular case, vitamin C is much more complex than ascorbic acid. So while this amazing vitamin know we need is super powerful, it is pretty useless when it is not in its natural form, and has not been tampered with or properly packaged. My NTP said think about it this way … our traditional ancestors would have foraged its berries and then dried to save on storage in the dark This would have kept the integrity of the nutrients -. Specifically vitamin C – in fruit.
Why not just eat an orange?
You know by now I’m all about the whole foods. My kids absolutely eat whole oranges and other fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin C. However, unfortunately, our soils are so depleted that there is no way we could eat as many oranges as it would take to get what we need . In fact, my NPT told me that all the food source of vitamin C in Camu Camu is 300 times the amount of vitamin C than oranges Americans.
So how about a vitamin C source of whole food that is prepared and packaged properly! Win win! Since vitamin C is heat sensitive, it is important that all dried food source instead of heating to maintain the properties of the vitamin. And then packaged in a capsule and the dark bottle to reduce light and air so that much of the C as possible is maintained.
We’ve been taking all this food source vitamin C long before school started, and it feels great knowing with certainty that the C is intact, and doing something good!

… but sometimes it’s fun to have it in a different way!
Each time that vitamin C is heated, C is destroyed.

- 3 cups of frozen fruit choice
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup warm-soluble gelatin grassfed
- All food vitamin C ( This source and This source are good choices)
- Heat the fruit and water in a small saucepan until all thaws and is a light bubble.
- Put the hot fruit and water in your food processor or blender along with gelatin and mix to combine.
